In this document, "hay baji", "we", "platform" or "service" refers to the website https://haybaji.cam and all services provided under it. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is browsing it without registration.

"Account" refers to a member's personal profile, through which they manage deposits, withdrawals, betting, and gaming activity. "Terms" refers to this complete document, including any future amendments to it.

"Bonus" refers to any financial benefit provided by hay baji, such as a welcome bonus or reload offer, which becomes withdrawable upon meeting specified wagering requirements.

2.1 Registration Process

2.2 Single Account

Each member may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts under the same person, the same device, or the same household is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be permanently closed and any accumulated bonuses and balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To confirm a member's identity, hay baji may at any time request a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

All services on hay baji are exclusively for persons aged 21 or above. Any attempt by a person under 21 to register an account is a direct breach of these terms and will be cancelled immediately.

The following persons may not open an account or use services on hay baji:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Any person who is legally prohibited from participating in gambling-related activities.
• Those whose accounts have previously been closed by hay baji.
• Those who have an active self-exclusion or have sought protection under hay baji's Responsible Gambling policy.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on hay baji is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only deposits from a payment account registered in the member's name are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless hay baji permits an alternative arrangement.

4.3 Ownership of Deposited Funds

Funds deposited in the account belong to the member. However, winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the active bonus wagering requirements are met. The original deposited amount may be withdrawn at any time, but doing so will cancel the active bonus.

The hay baji welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer specifies its wagering requirements, validity period, and minimum deposit requirement.
• To withdraw winnings earned using a bonus, the wagering requirements must be fully met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be applied to the same deposit at the same time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• hay baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system may result in account closure.

5.2 Other Promotions

6.1 General Betting Rules

hay baji offers various gaming options including sports betting, casino games, live casino, and fishing games. Once any bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, hay baji reserves the right to void it.

6.2 Odds and Results

In sports betting, odds are variable and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final. hay baji's decision on determining results is considered final. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.3 Technical Issues

hay baji is not responsible if a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device failure. Data stored on the game provider's server is considered the final game history.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hay baji platform:

• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets or playing games through artificial means or automated software.
• Attempting to dishonestly influence results by colluding with other members.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening or operating an account by providing false or misleading information.
• Unauthorised use of hay baji's brand, logo, or any assets.

Breaching any of these prohibitions will result in the account being immediately suspended or permanently closed, and the balance may be forfeited.

8.1 hay baji's Rights

hay baji may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following situations: breach of these terms, evidence of fraud, failure of identity verification, or for security reasons.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may request closure of their account at any time. The available balance (excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed. An account closure request can be made via 24/7 live chat.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for a long time, hay baji will notify the member by email or SMS. If an inactive account has a balance, it will be held on the member's behalf.
